一、问题现象

安装TortoiseSVN点击下一步，到正常安装步骤是出错，提示"Error reading from file C:UsersADMIN~1AppDataLocalTempRar$Exa0.548TortoiseSVN-1.6.6.17493-win32-svn-1.6.6.msi. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it",如下图所示

二、解决问题

由于下载的安装程序在中文路径下，请复制到非中文目录路径下进行安装，问题自然解决.
